Axel Perez Crater Lake Visit Igneous Rocks

I once visited the Crater Lake National Park in the Oregon.  This Park contains what was leftover of a volcano that no longer exist that was named Mount Mazama. This park contained Extrusive Igneous rock. That is because when magma exited the volcano that was once there, the magma cooled near the surface of the earth. Most of the rock I found there was this rock called andesite. This was a fined grained rock that was a gray sort of color.  The surface of the rock had  a lot of small crystals.
Another rock that I found while I was there was the rock called Dacite. Its texture of the rock was that it had small crystals and the rock was grayish in color as well. Overall, it was a great experience as the water was very blue and it was awesome seeing such a circular crater formed.
