Over the course of this
week I spent time in a distant place, formally known as Atlanta. In this
distant place, the sea-level has risen 300 plus feet over the course of 5,000 years due to run away climate change. Leaving abandon cities near
cost lines, devastated. There is evidence of attempts to stop it, hence the
dark skies. Before that, attempts were made to reduce ocean acidification, water
degradation, and desertification. After all previous attempts, the people of the planet decided to eliminated pollution.
However, in this context of pollution emissions produced from human activities, the polluting activities broadly expanded before the pollution
was eliminated. Just like all major human impacts, this one had everlasting consequences
on the biodiversity and variability of life on Earth.
