This week we visited the Funeral Mountains in California. To study these better I would like to see a study of the existing rock formations under the top layer of the mountains to get a historical idea of what they are composed of. I would also like to see the same for Boundary Canyon since it is the boundary of this area and may show deeper data at a visible level. Looking at fault lines could show how the mountains were formed originally and help to see the future of the mountain range and the past of it. I would also like to see a composition test of the rocks here to see how they were formed and get a better idea of age to determine what external factors had an impact of the creation of these ranges.
